Navy SEAL Kettlebell Training System (Levels 1-3) - Online Training

LEVEL 1: FOUNDATIONS OF LIFTING

Now for the first time, you can experience all the benefits of kettlebell personal instruction in one easy-to-use program. Rich Graham, former Navy SEAL and personal trainer, will lead you through an instructional workout that will teach you everything you need to know about getting started  with kettlebells: how to pick them up, how to put them down, hold them, and perform exercises safely and effectively.

It's important in Level 1: The Foundations of Lifting, to understand the basics, because it will lay the groundwork for performing the more advanced exercises in succeeding Levels.

In the personal training section, Rich is going to take those same principles he learned as a Navy SEAL and apply them to developing a proper lifting technique. He will do this by showing you what to do, but more importantly, what not to do.

If you lift the way we are teaching, it will help you prevent injury, get stronger, and look and feel better.

LEVEL 2: DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS

Whether you're playing a sport or in everyday life, you never use just one muscle. Traditional weightlifting is based on a bodybuilding frames, targeting one muscle at a time. Dynamic Lifting revolves around practical, functional, and tactical strength by using a chain of muscles to perform a movement.

In Level 2: Dynamic Movements, Rich expands on principles you learned in Level 1.

This Level will help you:

  • Combine cardio, strength and endurance into a 3-in-1 workout.
  • Develop a stronger core, while burning calories and building lean muscle.
  • Increase functional and practical strength for sports, combat, or everyday fitness.

LEVEL 3: BALLISTIC MOVEMENTS

This is where the rubber meets the road. Now you're ready for a real challenge!

Rich Graham, former Navy SEAL and personal trainer, will guide you through a training regimen for hard-core athletes.

Building on the prior two Levels, we learned how to make the body move. Now, in Level 3, we will show you how to:

  • Combine full body, dynamic movements with strength and joint stability.
  • Develop coordination & balance.
  • Increase agility in all athletic disciplines.

This Level is NOT for beginners & will be a sure challenge for the best of athletes. We strongly advise that you master Levels 1 and 2 before attempting this advanced Level.
